About this role
- Prepare and review detailed engineering designs for marine and civil infrastructure
- Coordinate with drafters and external consultants to produce high-quality documentation
- Provide technical input during tenders, planning, and construction phases
- Conduct site visits and support project teams with design queries
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and specifications
- Contribute to value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
Is this you?
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3-8+ years' experience in civil, structural, or marine infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of structural design
- Experience with tools such as Space Gass, Strand7, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
Desirable
- Experience with marine piling, jetties, wharves, or bridges
- Exposure to temporary works or construction engineering
